Bobby Rinaldi
Founder Bobby Rinaldi first started cheering at Addison Trail High School. He started his college cheer career at Navarro College in 2016. While cheering with the Navarro Bulldogs, Bobby also cheered with Cheer Athletics Cheetahs where he won the NCA Allstar competition and also became a World Champion. After leaving Navarro, Rinaldi attended Texas Tech University and became a NCA Grand National Collegiate Champion in 2019. Bobby began his collegiate coaching career in 2021 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Roosevelt University. Just one year later, he was named Head Co-Ed Cheerleading coach for the 2022-2023 season. Rinaldi quickly became the first Head Coach in program history to lead the Lakers to 3 consecutive National Championships, wining the title in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Driven by a passion for the sport and a commitment to athlete development, Bobby founded this company with the goal of sharing his knowledge and love for cheerleading with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Jason Nardella
Beginning his cheerleading career as an Allstar Cheerleader with Cheer Illinois Athletics (CIA), Jason brings over 11 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. After graduating from Proviso West High School in 2015, Jason pursued a degree in Physical Education at Northern Illinois University, where he participated as a member of the University’s CoEd cheerleading team. Jason began his coaching career at ICE Allstars in 2018. As a coach, Nardella has two 2nd place finishes at NCA Allstar Nationals and all of his Allstar teams have competed in Summit Finals. He also has first place finishes as a coach for Jamfest and has coached Roosevelt University to three consecutive NCA National
